2011-04-20 Congratulations to our new Green Stripes! Next test is planned for beginning of June with another one shortly after. Remember to check the video page for sparring videos - they are usually posted a few days after matches.

2011-03-06 Sparring videos are now available online. We hope you take time to watch and learn from them. We will try to include notes regarding each match. Please remember these notes are simply meant to help you learn what to look for (both good and bad). We hope you take time to watch all matches - just as in class you learn by watching each other as well as yourself.
